Day 2 of 7 Days, 7 Cheesecake Recipes — Triple Layer Coffee Cheesecake
Coffee, cheesecake, and coffee jelly all in one dreamy slice.
Some desserts are made for coffee lovers, and this is definitely one of them. Every layer brings a different coffee experience, from the creamy filling to the silky coffee jelly on top. It's rich, elegant, and the perfect excuse to have coffee and dessert at the same time.
What makes this work
The coffee flavour is layered instead of overpowering. The cheesecake filling stays smooth and creamy while the coffee jelly adds contrast in both texture and flavour.
A few things before you start
Allow the cheesecake to cool completely before pouring the jelly layer on top. If the jelly is too hot, it can melt the cheesecake surface and affect the layers.
